A judge has approved a plan to extend an eviction moratorium in St. Louis City. The moratorium was supposed to be up at the end of January but was extended until March 1 by Judge Michael F. Stelzer. The exemptions include eviction for committing crimes, threatening the safety of others or damaging property.
