Here are the top three stories today in St. Louis:
- Two Viola Brands dispensaries — former NBA player Al Harrington's business — will open in St. Louis this month. Collaborating with former NBA player and St. Louis native Larry Hughes, the two stores will operate under the ViolaSTL brand. The first dispensary will open on Jan. 20 at 2001 Olive St. and the second will open on Jan. 27 at 3420 Iowa St. in Gravis Park. (KSDK.com)
- A man was the victim of an assault in St. Louis County on Tuesday morning. Police responded to the 2700 block of Rottingdean Drive in Black Jack around 6:15 a.m. for reports of an assault where they found a man suffering from gunshot wounds. The man was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. (KSDK.com)
- A tractor-trailer crashed around 2:00 a.m. Tuesday morning. The crash occurred on I-70 eastbound and Carrie Avenue in North St. Louis. The front end of a taxi was also damaged due to the crash. No injuries were reported as of Tuesday afternoon. (KTVI Fox 2 St. Louis)
