Gas Leak Near 9th And Locust In Downtown St. Louis Stopped

ST. LOUIS, MO — Police in St. Louis say they confirmed a gas leak near the intersection of 9th Street and Locust Street Wednesday afternoon. The area and surrounding streets were closed, but officials say the gas leak has now been contained.

Witnesses on social media say several buildings near the area were briefly evacuated.
