Patch Photo Of The Day: Light On Autumn Trees

This photo comes from Jennifer Mishra at Wits End Photography. She said it was taken at the Watershed Nature Center in Edwardsville, Illinois, only about half an hour's drive from St. Louis. The light in this one is just stunning, as are the colors, so if you haven't visited while fall colors are at their peak, it might be worth a trip across the river.
