ST. LOUIS, MO — Police are looking for a man who they say robbed a Lee's Chicken fast food restaurant and a Metro PCS cell phone store at gunpoint earlier in November. In both robberies, police said, the man appeared to be wearing the same clothes and was armed with the same black and chrome handgun. If you can help identify him, you may be eligible for a reward.
The first robbery happened on November 12 around 5:40 p.m. The man, who is described as between 25 and 35 years old, 6-foot to 6-foot-2-inches tall and 160 to 180 pounds, walked into a Lee's Chicken on West Florissant Avenue, used the restroom and demanded money after returning to the counter, police said. An employee gave him money from the cash register and the man fled. No one was injured.

In the second robbery, police believe the same man walked into a cell phone store on S. Kingshighway on November 16 around 4:50 p.m. and told employees he wanted to pay his bill. While the employee looked up an account number, the man pulled a gun, demanded money and fled.
Witnesses to the second robbery said the man was tall, had a slim build and wore a goatee.
