- The City Paws Veterinary Clinic on South Vandeventer was robbed on Tuesday night. Employees told police several armed men stormed the clinic before 6:00 p.m. and stole medication and money. The suspects ordered the employees to go to the back of the store at gunpoint and to open a locker which housed controlled substances. The men drove off in a maroon SUV and no one was physically injured during the crime. (KMOV4)
- The vacant Railway Exchange Building has been condemned by St. Louis officials. The downtown building was cited as a public health threat and was boarded up Wednesday morning. While the city did not take ownership of the property, they home to get in touch with its Florida-based owners. (Subscription: St. Louis Post-Dispatch)
- A one-million-dollar Mega Millions ticket was sold in nearby Florissant in St. Louis County. The ticket was purchased at the Shackleford Road 7-Eleven. The winner, who has not come forward yet, has until Jul. 9 to claim the prize. (KMOV4)
