City Of St. Peters: Expect Lane Closures On Saturday, Dec. 11, For Jungermann Smoothing Operations South Of Barkwood Trails

Be on the lookout for lane closures on Jungermann Road south of Barkwood Trails Drive this Saturday, Dec. 11, 2021. Each lane of Jungermann in the area between Barkwood Trails and the Spencer Creek bridge will undergo diamond-grinding operations to improve pavement smoothness. The work is scheduled for Saturday beginning at 7 a.m., weather permitting.

One to two lanes of travel will be closed at various times during diamond-grinding operations. (See the attached map for the location of this work.)

The Jungermann Road Bridge Replacment contractor, Pavement Solutions, is performing diamond-grinding work to improve the road surface to meet standards for ride smoothness. This additional work is being performed at no additional cost to taxpayers.

Drivers are asked to use caution, slow down and observe all traffic signs when traveling through work zones.
