O'FallonTheatreWorks' Presents A Dickens of a Christmas Carol 

• When/Where? Friday-Sunday  at , 100 North Main St. in O'Fallon. 
• What?  "A Dickens of a Christmas Carol: A Traveling Travesty in Two Tumultuous Acts," showtimes are Friday Dec. 2 and Dec. 9 at 8 p.m.; Saturday, Dec. 3 and Dec. 10 at 8 p.m. Matinees will begin at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 4, and on Saturday, Dec. 10. The cost is $10 for general admission (ages 18-64), and $8 for both students (ages 6-17) and seniors (age 65 and up). Ages 5 and under are admitted, free. 

Candlelight Tour of Historic Daniel Boone Home and Boonefield Village

• When/Where? Friday, Dec. 9 and Saturday, Dec. 10 at 5:30 p.m. at the Historic Daniel Boone Home Village, 1868 Highway F in Defiance MO
• What? Visit the Historic Daniel Boone Home and Boonefield Village for a candlelight tour. The last tickets are sold at 9 p.m. Cost is $15 for adults and $10 for children. 

Journey to Bethlehem

• When/Where? Friday, Dec. 9 at 6:30 p.m. at , 2950 Kings Crossing in St. Peters  
• What? The 20th annual “Journey to Bethlehem” presentation features a stage production inside then guides will lead guests outside to vignettes that portray Nazareth and Bethlehem. The scene includes live animals, a marketplace, Roman guards, wise men and other Biblical characters 

Holiday Concert at the Foundry Arts Centre

• When/Where? Friday, Dec. 9 at the , 520 N Main Ctr in St. Charles  
• What? Get into the holiday spirit this Friday, as the St. Louis Symphony’s Concertmaster David Halen composes string arrangements along with Erin Bode's original compositions, standards and Christmas favorites. For tickets or more information, please call the Foundry at 636-255-0270. 

Historic Augusta's 29th Annual Candlelight Christmas Walk

• When/Where? Friday, Dec. 9 at 5 p.m. at Mount Pleasant Winery, 5634 High St. in Augusta
• What? Ride in a horse-drawn carriage ride, try roasted chestnuts around the bonfire in the town square, sing Christmas Carols in the church and then head to the children's library for activities. Guests can also ride the antique trolley to check out the shops and stop by Mount Pleasant Winery to hear Ralph Butler Band perform.

St. Louis Winter Festival Hunter/Jumper Series

• When/Where? Friday-Sunday at 7:30 a.m. at the , 6880 Lake Saint Louis Blvd. in Lake St Louis
• What? Queenie Productions sponsors this series of shows which feature horses and riders over a course of jumps. Hunters are judged on style; Jumpers are judged on speed and height. Events start daily at 7:30 a.m. and continue into the evening. New Covenant Church Presents "The Beginning" 

• When/Where? Friday, Dec. 9 at 7 p.m. at New Covenant Church, 300 Siedentop Rd. in Weldon Spring
• What? Come see a Christmas play that puts a modern spin on the nativity. This event is free and open to the public. Call 636-300-9200 for more information. 

Pictures With Santa

• When/Where? Saturday, Dec. 10 and Sunday, Dec. 11 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the , Station #4 at 1306 Sunview Dr. in O'Fallon
• What? Kids will enjoy free cookies, punch, tours of the fire station and coloring while they wait to meet Santa at this free event. The O'Fallon Fire Protection District is collecting donations for local food pantries, and encourages guests to bring canned food items for donation. 

St. Charles West Bands Arts and Craft Fair

• When/Where? Saturday, Dec. 10 at 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at , 3601 Droste Rd. in St. Charles
• What? This 26th annual event features more than 150 crafters, homemade cookies, attendance prizes and a concession stand. 

Photos With Santa and Holiday Boutique 

• When/Where? Saturday, Dec. 10 at 10 a.m. at 6235 Mid Rivers Mall Dr. in St. Peters
• What? Coldwell Banker Gundaker’s Highway 94 and Mid Rivers office is hosting “Free Photos with Santa and Holiday Boutique” with a portion of  proceeds benefitting . Children can meet Santa and have their photo taken while parents browse holiday booths. 

Living Nativity in Wentzville 

• When/Where? , 1507 Highway Z in Wentzville  
• What?  The Christmas story is told in six scenes with live actors and animals in this free drive through nativity. After the drive through, everyone is invited inside for hot chocolate and cookies. Call 636-327-6622 for more information.
