Three Fort Zumwalt East soccer players have agreed to keep playing in college.

Three more East soccer playersβtwo members of the girls squad and one from the boys teamβrecently signed a National Letters of Intent to continue their soccer careers at the collegiate level.Β
Boys soccer player Cody Elmendorf will spend next season on the pitch for Central Methodist University (MO).Β Elmendorf had three goals and three assistsΒ during his senior seasonΒ for the Lions. During his junior campaign,Β Elmendorf scored 13 goals for Zumwalt East.Β

Brianna Andert will head into her final season knowing her soccer career will continue. Andert will suit up for the Div. IIΒ Quincy University (IL). As a junior,Β Andert chipped in two assists for the Lions.Β
East'sΒ Jessica Mincher will be staying a little closer to home. The senior-to-be will join the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Mincher had six goals (including one game winner) and seven assists for the Lions as a junior.Β
