Man Charged After Requesting to Have Sex With a 12-Year-Old, Police Say
St. Charles County resident Mohammad Teimoortagh is accused of solicited sex with a minor, among other crimes, after arranging to have sex with a 14-year-old girl.

A man has been arrested after police say heΒ solicitedΒ sex with a minor.Β
MohammadΒ Teimoortagh, 23, was arrested Monday, Aug. 6 by theΒ St. Charles County Drug Task Force with the assistance by the .Β TeimoortaghΒ isΒ accusedΒ of asking an individual for a young girl with whom to have sex.Β Teimoortagh specifically asked for a 12-year-old virgin, according to the probable cause statement filed by a St. Charles County detective.
According to police, an informant toldΒ TeimoortaghΒ she could find a 15-year-old virgin for him, butΒ Teimoortagh said that was too old. Police sayΒ TeimoortaghΒ told the individual his preference was for a 12-year-old girl.Β

Police said TeimoortaghΒ exchanged a series of text messages and agreed to meet a 14-year-old virgin with the intention of having sexual relations. Arrangements were made to have the teen meetΒ TeimoortaghΒ on a hotel parking lot at the 4300 block of Veterans Memorial Parkway.
When Teimoortagh arrived, St. Peters Police officers immediately took him into custody without incident. St. Peters Police report he was found with $100 cash, the agreed upon price for the 14-year-old girl.

PoliceΒ report that the 14-year-old girl never existed and no minor children were ever involved in this investigation.
Teimoortagh also had 59 grams of hashish and marijuana and $5,000 in cash stored with the drugs, according to the probable cause statement.
TeimoortaghΒ has been charged with Attempt Sexual Trafficking of a Child Under 18 years old, Promoting Prostitution 1st, Attempt Statutory Rape 2nd, and Possession of a Controlled Substance through St. Charles Prosecuting Attorney's Office.Β TeimoortaghΒ is being held on a $250,000 bond at St. Charles County Jail.
