He hopes the bar and grillΒ provides relaxed area for the professionals.
The bar, which would join three others in the Old Town area, was met with some objections. Mike Roos, owner of neighboringΒ ο»Ώ, was concerned with the bars customers using a small parking lot behind his store and not having any room to turn around when the lot was full. He said parking, in general, was an issue. Ross was also concerned with an exposed gas gauge on the side of his building being hit.Β

Ultimately Planning and Zoning siding with Farwell. The Commission said that the gas gauge is not Farwell's responsibility. The Commission also said that parking shouldn't be an issue.
