Planning and Zoning Kicks of 2013 With Wednesday Meeting

The first meeting of 2013 at the St. Peters Justice Center will take place just two days into the new year. 

The St. Peters Planning and Zoning Commission will meet for its regular January meeting at 6:30 p.m. at the St. Peters Justice Center. The agenda for the first meeting of 2013 is short.  

The commission will hear two requests for home occupation permits. The first, an item of old business, is for Lafi Couture (designer sports apparel). The second, new business, is for Xtreme Xteriors (lawn care and landscaping). 

Along with the home occupation requests, the commission will hear requests for a PUD amendment and a CPD amendment. 

Lastly the commission will see two site plans, one for GFS Marketplace and one for Celtic.
