Shut Up and Write comes to St. Charles

Shut Up and Write! St. Charles

As part of the Meetup network where people of a myriad of common interests can meet and share experiences, Shut Up and Write! has started a group in St. Charles County. Part of the sister group in St. Louis, writers of both fiction and non-fiction and any genre are invited to join. Right now, meetings are every other Thursday at 2:00pm at the St. Louis Bread Co. located near Mid Rivers Mall and I70. Times and locations for other meetings can be arranged as the group grows.

Writing tends to be a lonely craft, but it's known that friends can bring out creativity and spark new works. Often, getting started is the hardest part and setting aside time to write can help an aspiring writer find their voice. Meetings usually start with attendees briefly sharing what they are currently working on and then everyone settles down to write.
