St. Peters Accepting Storm Debris
The city of St. Peters will collect and dispose of tree and limbs from this weekend's storms.

After storms this weekend, some yards in St. Peters were covered with leaves and limbs. As a courtesy to St. Peters residents who suffered tree and limb damage from this weekendβs storms, the city of St. Petersβ Solid Waste Department is accepting calls for special yard waste storm debris collection.
The collection is for storm tree and limb damage and does not include grass.Β
This service is available only by appointment.Β Residents can callΒ 636-970-1456Β option 1 to set an appointment for storm debris pickup. The collections will take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays beginning on Thursday, April 19. Each day is limited to 20 special storm debris collections.

The special storm debris collection program will end May 18.Β
Limbs must be no longer than eight feet in length, and must be set at the curb for your appointed collection day. St. Peters provides regular residential yard waste collection once per week and residents can still use regular yard waste collection for debris smaller than three feet.Β

Residents can choose to self-haul the debris to St. Petersβ Earth Centre location at no charge. Proof of residency is required.Β To reach Earth Centre, take Mid Rivers Mall Drive north of I-70, turn right on Ecology Drive, follow the road to the end, and then follow the signs.
