St. Peters Motorcyclist Injured in Collision
Two St. Peters drivers were involved in a crash on Route 370, but only one sustained any injuries.
AΒ ο»ΏΒ manΒ sustainedΒ minor injuries following a collision with another St. Peters driver during the Labor Day Weekend.Β
Robertson Ambulance took to Ronald L.Β Gidden, 57, to DePaulΒ Hospital just after 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 2, with what the Missouri State Highway Patrol said were minor injuries.Β GiddenΒ was injured after a collision on Missouri Route 370 at the Earth City Expressway.Β
According to the crash report , a 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt driven by 25-year-old St. Peters resident Samantha R. Barbour was traveling eastbound on 370.Β Gidden's2011 Harley DavidsonΒ motorcycleΒ were parked in the left shoulder. The report says Barbour lost control of her car and the front right of herΒ vehicleΒ struck Gidden'sΒ motorcycle.

Gidden's motorcycle was totaled in the crash. Barbour's car had extensive damage, but the driver was not treated for any injuries.Β
