St. Peters Police Blotter: Man Arrested for Giving Unwanted 'Bear Hug'

The following are selected reports from the St. Peters Police Department.

• Incident No. 25357: Assault, 3600 block of North St. Peters Parkway. A male subject assaulted a female patron at a bar by putting her into a "bear hug," after she indicated she did not want him to touch her. The female was able to get free and the male subject ran from the business. He attempted to run from officers, but was immediately arrested for the assault and resisting arrest.

• Incident No. 25372: Felony stealing, 1200 block of Harvestowne Industrial. Unknown person(s) broke master lock off of trailer and stole a trailer hitch, valued at $600. No suspects at this time.
