St. Peters Road Crews to Begin Pavement Marking Monday

St. Peters' roads are set to get a fresh coat of reflective paint starting on April 9.

With the weather warming up, St. Peters' roads will get new pavement markingsΒ beginning Monday.Β 

Work crews are expected to begin re-painting lane lines and intersection markings beginning Monday, April 9, 2012, as long as the weather permits.

Crews will start on main raise like Mid Rivers Mall Drive, Jungermann Road and Mexico Road.Β The pavement marking operations will primarily take place on busier roads that act as main arteries for traffic and collector roads through neighborhoods. Once the main roads have a fresh coat of pant, crews will move to the smaller roads.

The street pavement marking is expected to be complete in about two weeks.

Drivers are asked to be patient, avoid crossing freshly painted lines marked with traffic cones and drive carefully in areas where painting is underway. Please slow down when you see the caution signs.
