Undercover Officer Buys Heroin, Busts St. Peters Man
Buys took place at movie theater, gas station in St. Peters.
A St. Peters man is being charged with selling heroin to an undercover officer.
Joseph E. Bowman, 20, of St. Peters, sold the drug to an undercover officer on Dec. 7 at and Dec. 8 at the at 3889 Mexico Road in St. Peters, according to a St. Charles County Sheriff’s Department report. He was arrested April 11.
Bowman has previous arrests for burglary, theft and possession of a controlled substance.

Bond was set at $20,000. He still was in custody on Monday.
