Thefts, burglaries

• July 29: Construction tools and materials were taken from lots on the 12500 block of Grandview Forest Drive.
• July 30: A customer drove off without paying at Phillips 66 around 8:21 p.m.
• July 31: $700 in bicycles was stolen from a home on the 9300 block of Fox Glen.

Fraud

• July 29: An individual is being charged after attempting to pass bad checks at Enterprise Bank, 3890 S. Lindbergh.

Driving while intoxicated, drunkenness

• July 27: An individual was charged with driving while intoxicated at Steak ‘n’ Shake, 1523 S. Lindbergh, around 2:01 a.m.
• July 27: An individual was charged with driving while intoxicated on Highway 30 at Interstate 270 around 1:43 a.m.
