At the meeting of Sunset Hills Historical Society, Jan 24, 7pm, at the city's Community Center, three members of the group are set to be named "Historian of the Year." Joyce Franklin, Ginny Schmitz and Pat Bessinger will receive recognition for their dedication to the group's work. "Sunset Hills is rich in history and we strive to preserve it," said Franklin, a retired school teacher.
