Please provide a brief summary of your background, highlighting community involvement: Member of Our Lady of Providence Church, Member of the Crestwood Police Board, Served as a Redistricting Board City of Crestwood, Crestwood Neighborhood Watch Captain.
Please provide a brief summary of your reasons for running: To serve the residents of the city and to have a direct affect on moving the city forward.
What is the biggest issue facing the city? Redevelopment of the mall property and how to ensure that the best long-term interests of the city and school board are protected.
In what area does the city need to improve? Are you satisfied with the way the city has been operating? City staff and elected officials should always keep a clear eye on spending to make sure that all decisions will have a beneficial impact on the bottom line.
What are your thoughts on the progress of Crestwood Court redevelopment? The mall has to be the proper fit for the city. At this time I am concerned about the lack of signed leases or letters of intent. The city has to use great caution when moving forward on this mall project.
Assuming you are elected, what do you plan to accomplish during your time on the board? What do I want to accomplish during my term:
- A. Move the mall project forward
- B. Oversee city spending
- C. Work with the residents, Mayor, and all Aldermen to do what is best for the city
