Crestwood Strip Mall for Sale, O'Reilly Auto Parts Demolishing KFC

• The Crestview Plaza shopping center is now for sale for $3.5 million, according to a report from St. Louis Business Journal. The center, located across from Crestwood Court, includes Aldi and Zen Thai.
• O'Reilly Auto Parts will demolish the former KFC  at 9955 Watson Rd., according to St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
