Five things You Need to Know Today June 22

1) Sunset Hills Parks & Rec Commission meets 7pm at the Community Center. It's unclear what the agenda is since a May agenda is posted.

2) Swim and Dive Team photo 7:30am at the Sunset Hills Aquatic Facility, 12512 W. Watson Rd.

3) Oak Bend Branch Library does it up big with two events for kids and families: 2pm is a puppet show If the Shoe Fits, 7pm is a Disney Sing and dance. 842 S. Holmes Ave.

4) Streets Superintendent Robert Riggs, Sunset Hills, celebrates 30 years with the city. The city recognized him at a June 14 aldermen meeting. Riggs recalls when the city had a barn with a wood stove as its Public Works facility.

5)  Vote on one of five Crestwood $5,000 projects to spruce up the city by clicking here. Vote as many times as you like. Deadline to vote is July 5.
