3) Computer Club meets 1:30pm at Weber Road Branch Library to discuss social networking sites Facebook and Twitter, and tips on how to use them. 4444 Weber Rd.

4) Crestwood hosts "The Alternative" night for teens from 6:30 - 10pm at the Aquatic Center. Residents and non-residents welcome. Swimming, music with DJ and snacks. After 8pm, no one allowed in.

5) Mile 277 restaurant in Sunset Hills at the Viking Conference facility celebrates its own opening, with a ribbon-cutting at 4:30pm with the Chamber of Commerce.

Weekend bonus: Crestwood Vintage baseball game starts Saturday at 6:30pm in Whitecliff Park followed by movie outdoors Field of Dreams (PG rating) about 8:30pm.
