Here's How Firehouse No. 3 Is Coming Along

Here is a pictorial progress report for the firehouse being built across from Lindbergh High School in Sappington, by the Mehlville Fire Protection District.

The district just lost their chief in a conflict with the 3-person fire board, over the direction to take the district. Two firefighters had just previously sued the district.

The 1950s-era firehouse on Lindbergh Boulevard just north of the new site, is set to be demolished when the new one is finished by the end of the calendar year.

J.E. Foster Building Co. is in charge of the project.
