Here's the Potential for Weekend Traffic Snarl

Crews are working on I-270 at I-44.

In South St. Louis County this weekend, the entrance ramp from Route 30 (Gravois Road) to northbound I-270 will be closed Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Weather permitting, crews will be working on the I-270 northbound overpass at I-44, so some lanes will be shut down beginning Friday, through Sunday.  

  • The two left lanes close Friday at 8 p.m.
  • Early Saturday, those lanes will open and two right lanes will close until past noon on Sunday.

When this work is complete, northbound I-270 will be back to the normal four straight through lanes.
