Jie Fan Promoted to Research Associate at Investment Advisor Terril & Co.

Independent investment advisor Terril & Co. has promoted Jie Fan to research associate. Fan joined Terril in 2015 in an administrative capacity.

In her new role, Fan will be responsible for investment research.

Prior to joining the firm, Fan was on the staff of the World Trade Center St. Louis in Clayton, Mo.

She holds a master’s degree in finance from Webster University, in St. Louis; a master’s degree in world economy and international trade from Wuhan University in Wuhan, China; and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Founded in 1979, Terril & Co. manages approximately $750 million in trust, retirement plan, IRA and individual assets. The company also serves as an investment sub-advisor to bank trust departments.
