July 11 Is Free Slurpee Day at 7-Eleven
Breathe a sigh of "Thank Heaven!" Participating locations will give away 12 oz. Slurpees until 7 p.m., or while supplies last. Find the nearest 7-Elevens near you.
Oh, thank heaven for July 11!
On Thursday, 7-Eleven celebrates its 86th birthday by offering free 12-ounce Slurpees to customers at participating stores.
The promotion runs from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. This is the first year that 12-ounce cups will be served, according to a USA Today report. The convenience store has traditionally offered a 7.11-ounce up. Since 2002, millions of free Slurpee beverages have been given away.Â

But one warning if you want an icy treat: arrive early before limited supplies of the Slurpees run out.
