New Principals Named at Crestwood Elementary, Lindbergh High Schools

Andrew Croley and Jodi Meese are joining the Lindbergh School District.

The Lindbergh School District Board of Education has appointed two new principals for the 2013-2014 school year, the school district announced this week.

Andrew Croley will make his way from a high school in Portland, Ore., to fill Ron Helms's position at Lindbergh High School, according to an announcement on the district website. Helms is retiring, district spokesperson Beth Johnston said.

“Lindbergh Schools is truly a professional destination for school leaders, and LHS in particular is well known as one of the top high schools in the United States, in addition to being a 2012 National Blue Ribbon School,” Croley said on the district website. “I am honored to be the next principal at LHS and look forward to joining the Lindbergh community of faculty, staff, students, parents and administrators.”

“As a principal, I aspire to provide a positive environment where all students can learn,” Meese said on the district website.

Meese is a graduate of UMSL, and earned her Masters degree from Lindenwood University. Read more about Meese on the district website.

Their contracts will be effective on July 1.
