Saint Louis Group Brokers Purchase Former Color Art Building

The former Color Art building has landed a new tenant.

Saint Louis Group Business Brokers recently announced the purchase of the building on their Facebook page, though an employee at their South County office in Sappington said the move likely won't happen for a year or two. 

Color Art Integrated Interiors, an office furniture provider, left the space in 2010, South County Times reported. The City of Sunset Hills voted to assist in marketing the building in late 2011, according to the report.
