Scam: Door-to-Door Salesmen Pretend to be Lindbergh Employees

Watch out for the scam artists selling workbooks and gathering information door-to-door while pretending to be employees of the Lindbergh School District.

Scam artists pretending to be employees are fraudulently selling workbooks and gathering information from parents door-to-door.

The school district released a notice on its website Tuesday saying parents were reporting "door-to-door salesmen" who "falsely represent themselves by saying they work for Lindbergh School District" to sell workbooks and gather information.

The school district said: "Please be advised that Lindbergh Schools never uses third-party agencies to sell products of any kind door-to-door. We have not received any reports of criminal activity; however, if you do have a concern or witness suspicious activity, please contact your local law enforcement agency."
