Two Ways to Blind Date With St. Louis County Libraries
This Valentine's Day try a new book, or attend a speed dating event to meet potential friends and dates.

St. Louis County libraries are offering two ways for book worms to spice up their Valentine's Day.
Blind Date with a Book: Go home with a gift-wrapped book. Readers won't know the genre, author or title beforehand, but who knows--maybe opposites will attract. Participating libraries include:
- Headquarters (1640 S. Lindbergh Blvd.)
- Tesson Ferry (9920 Lin-Ferry Dr.)
- Cliff Cave (5430 Telegraph Rd.)
- Jamestown Bluffs (4153 N. Highway 67)
- Thornhill (12863 Willowyck Dr.)
- Sachs (16400 Burkhardt Pl.)
Thornhill Branch Second Annual Literary Speed Dating Event: Looking to meet potential friends and dates of similar interests? Residents in their 20s, 30s and 40s can register for the speed dating event on Feb. 12 at 7 p.m. Participants bring a book or movie for discussion, and will have 5-7 minutes of talk time with other speed daters. Registration required. Call 314-994-3300 to register; space is limited.
