ACC STL Earns Global Gold Chapter of Distinction Award

St. Louis (May 29, 2025) – The Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) has once again honored its St. Louis Chapter with the global 2024 Gold Chapter of Distinction Award, marking the Chapter's seventh consecutive year receiving this international recognition. The St. Louis Chapter is among a select group of 16 chapters to achieve this distinction among the more than 60 Chapters globally.

"This global recognition reflects the dedication and engagement of our board, committee leaders, and members," said Jay Repaso, 2025 St. Louis Chapter President and Senior Counsel at Mastercard. "We are incredibly proud of this achievement."

The Gold Chapter of Distinction Award recognizes excellence in chapter governance, operations, membership engagement, programming, and community involvement. The St. Louis Chapter earned the award through its impactful activities, including innovative educational events and strategic partnerships. The Award is based on the Chapter Activity Survey submitted annually in February. The survey asks questions about chapter programs, events, and efforts from the prior year.

This latest honor adds to the St. Louis Chapter's recent global accolades from ACC, including:

• 2024 Best Diversity Initiative Program Award: Recognizing the chapter's groundbreaking Diversity and Inclusion Summer Internship Program, a key initiative in fostering a more diverse and inclusive legal profession.
• 2023 Outstanding Achievement Award for "Best Partnership Program": Awarded for the chapter's collaboration with Washington University Olin School of Business to deliver a graduate-level program on leadership and decision-making to members.
• 2023 Outstanding Achievement Award for "Innovative Programming Effort": Honoring the Diversity & Inclusion Committee's unique "Artful Observation with a Diversity Lens" program at the Saint Louis Art Museum.

These awards underscore the St. Louis Chapter's ongoing commitment to providing exceptional value and innovative programming to its members and the broader legal community.
