ACC STL Leaders and Members Honored by Missouri Lawyers Media with 2025 In-House Counsel Awards
The Association of Corporate Counsel St. Louis Chapter (ACC STL) proudly announces that its leaders and several members were honored.

St. Louis (Nov. 20, 2025) – The Association of Corporate Counsel St. Louis Chapter (ACC STL) proudly announces that its leaders and several members have been honored by Missouri Lawyers Media during its 2025 In-House Counsel Awards.
Chapter 2025 President, Jay Repaso, in-house legal counsel for Mastercard, was named a recipient of the In-House Counsel Award. Additionally, former Chapter President Dan Lett, executive vice president and general counsel at Bunzl Distribution Inc., received the distinguished 2025 In-House Counsel Lifetime Achievement Award.

The Chapter is also proud to recognize three other dedicated members who were named 2025 In-House Counsel Award recipients:
- Christine Carney, Chief Legal Officer at Copeland LP (Private Company w/ annual revenues over $500M). She was recognized for her legal leadership, including serving as CLO since 2023 and utilizing 20 years of in-house experience to transform legal teams. She played a pivotal role in implementing ethics, compliance, and risk processes during Copeland's transition to a standalone company under Blackstone.
- Sara Reid, Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for BJC HealthCare. She was honored for her critical role in providing legal guidance for one of Missouri’s largest healthcare organizations.
- Rhiana Luaders, in-house counsel for EquipmentShare.com Inc. (Private Company w/ annual revenues over $500M). She was recognized for her key legal contributions to the fast-growing construction technology company.

The annual event celebrates Missouri’s top in-house attorneys who demonstrate exceptional leadership, legal acumen, and commitment to advancing their organizations’ missions.
Repaso, who has led the Chapter in 2025 as the President, has built a distinguished career at Mastercard, where he provides strategic legal guidance on complex regulatory, compliance, and commercial matters. His work has been instrumental in safeguarding Mastercard’s global operations while fostering innovation and growth in the rapidly evolving financial services industry.
The Chapter also celebrates former president Dan Lett, who was honored at the ceremony with the 2025 In-House Counsel Lifetime Achievement Award. Lett, executive vice president and general counsel at Bunzl Distribution Inc., was recognized for his nearly 28 years of dedicated service and significant contributions to the legal community in Missouri.
“This award is a reflection not only of my work at Mastercard but also of the incredible support and professional development I’ve received through the St. Louis Chapter,” said Repaso. “The Chapter has been a cornerstone of my career, offering mentorship, collaboration, and opportunities to grow as both a lawyer and a leader.”
The Chapter, one of the most active chapters in the country, has played a pivotal role in Repaso’s professional journey. Through its robust programming, peer-to-peer networking, and commitment to advancing the in-house counsel community, the Chapter has provided Repaso with the tools to navigate high-stakes legal challenges and to mentor the next generation of corporate counsel.
The Missouri Lawyers Weekly In-House Counsel Awards were held Nov. 13 at the Clayton Plaza Hotel in St. Louis. The event honors attorneys who excel in managing complex negotiations, litigation, and corporate governance while protecting their organizations’ most critical assets.
As Repaso’s Presidency of the Chapter comes to an end in 2025, his vision is to continue strengthening the Chapter’s role as a trusted resource for in-house counsel navigating disruption, regulatory change, and the evolving demands of corporate leadership.
