According to KMOV's report, there are still customers who are out money, services and products. The report stated that the tile and carpet company has hired a liquidator to collect the company’s assets and attempt to settle claims.

However, the report states that there is no guarentee customers will get their money back and an attorney for Becky's advised anyone who paid with a credit card to try and cancel the transaction throught the credit card company.
