TOWN AND COUNTRY, MO — Police have taken an erratic driver into custody, and Interstate 270 is reopen near the Interstate 64 interchange. The highway was closed and traffic diverted after police pulled over a driver who refused to get out of the car. Traffic was backed up for more than a mile in both directions.
