Manchester Police Investigate Loose Dog, Stolen Gas

Manchester police said they are keeping watch of one neighborhood after receiving a call of an "aggressive dog" on the loose.

Animal Complaint: Complainant reported that an aggressive dog was at large. Police will maintain a close patrol of the area.
