Mayor, State Rep Recognize Manchester Eagle Scout

Manchester resident William Grant Post was recognized at Monday night's Manchester Board of Aldermen meeting for reaching the level of Eagle Scout.  

Mayor David Willson proclaimed Jan. 16, 2012 William Grant Post Day.

State Representative Sue Allen also recognized and awarded for reaching the rank of Eagle Scout on behalf of the Missouri House of Representatives Monday night.
