According to the KMBC News website , the Missouri Supreme Court struck down new state Senate districts Tuesday. The high court also reportedly ordered additional legal review of new U.S. House districts.
This news comes just one day after Rep. Sue Allen (R), addressed the Manchester Board of Aldermen and Manchester residents on the topic of redistricting. Monday night, Allen explained that as a result of the current redistricting process, she will no longer represent Manchester when the new borders take effect. Manchester is currently in the 92nd congressional district, which Allen will continue to represent until the November election. Town and Country is also currently included in the 92nd district.
However, after November, the majority of the 92nd district will be included in he 99th district, which will include Valley Park, Twin Oaks and Manchester.
