New City Administrator Appointment Monday Night
The Manchester Board of Aldermen will discuss the appointment of the new city administrator after Ed Blattner resigned from the position in December.
Andrew Hixson is set to be appointed as the new city administrator. Ed Blatter, who currently serves as the Manchester city administrator and city engineer announced in December he could no longer hold both positions affectively and resigned as the city administrator. Monday, Blattner is set to be appointed to the city engineer position only. Aldermen will have to vote on both appointments for them to take affect.

Aldermen are also set to discuss the Harugari Cemetery and the possible assumption of ownership of the cemetery.
