It does not indicate a conviction where an arrest was made. May 16: 14400 block Manchester Road  Credit Card Fraud: Unauthorized charges totaling more than $2,000 were made to a credit card.  May 17: 14100 block Manchester Road  Theft of Motor Fuel: A customer left a local gas station without verifying payment on a declined card.  May 19: 200 block Highlands Boulevard Drive  Trespassing: A known shoplifter entered the <a href="https://townandcountry-manchester.patch.com/listings/walmart-supercenter-44" rel="nofollow">Manchester Highlands Walmart</a> and left the store before being detained.  May 21: 200 block Highlands Boulevard Drive  Stealing: One female was arrested after hiding merchandise and leaving the Manchester Highlands Walmart.
