Thunderstorms, Flash Flooding Across St. Louis County

Thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall have St. Louis County emergency management crews alerting residents to the countywide warning.

The St. Louis County MO Office of Emergency Management issued a flash flood warning Monday afternoon that is in effect for parts of St. Louis County until 10 p.m.

According to the alert, the National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning for northern and central St Louis County until 9 p.m. and south St Louis county until 10 p.m. 

The alert stated that some areas are seeing more than two inches of rainfall per hour.
