April 26: 14200 block Manchester Road Stealing: Victim reports that a subject asked to borrow her cell phone.  Upon receiving the cell phone, the subject ran to a car and the car left the scene. April 26: 800 block Meramec Station Road Theft of Motor Fuel: Suspect pumped $60 worth of gasoline and left without paying. April 28: 200 block Highlands Boulevard Drive Stealing/Shoplifting May 1: 800 block Hanna Road Stealing: A cell phone was stolen from a desk while left unattended. May 1: 14500 block Manchester Road Stealing/Shoplifting Anyone with information on these crimes is asked to contact the Manchester Police Department at 636-527-9200.
