AFGHAN VEGETARIAN Cooking Class 11AM

We invite you to join our COOKING CLASSES to learn how to prepare the most famous meals from different cuisines.

These classes will be organized IN PERSON and will be presented by our professional chefs. The classes will be two hours, and will take place at STL Foodworks. 408 N Sarah St, St. Louis, MO 63108.

On Saturday, October 19th, 11 am to 1 pm, you will learn with our Chefs from AFGHANISTAN how to make delicious and nutritious meals from scratch.
In this class, our Chefs will show you how to prepare:
ASHAK Fresh pasta filled with scallions, leeks and cilantro, served with yogurt-garlic sauce. seasoned with coriander, turmeric and cayenne pepper, sprinkled with mint.
KABULI POLAW: Basmati rice cooked with onion, saffron, black pepper, cardamom, coriander, and cumin. Topped with raisins, nuts and julienned carrots.
At the end of the 2 hours class, students will gather together to eat the meals they have prepared with the chefs.
