• WHO: Local Girl Scout troops
• WHY: Through the Girl Scout cookie program, girls develop essential life skills: goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills and business ethics. It is the largest girl-led business in the world. The addition of the cookie booth locator this year keeps Girl Scouts at the forefront of technology. The booth locator will also make it easier for customers to streamline their search.

Cookie Booth Sales run from Feb. 29 through March 18. Different troops will be selling cookies at local businesses throughout eastern Missouri.

You can find cookies at all types of businesses, from big grocery stores like Schnucks and Dierbergs to stores like Petco and Walmart.

While selling cookies, Girl Scouts will be collecting information from women who were formerly Girl Scouts to promote scoutingforgirlscouts.org, an online community helping women reconnect with their scouting roots.
