Sauce Magazine recently sat down with Mission Taco Joint co-owner Jason Tilford—though ‘sat down’ is probably the wrong term. The conversation focused on how he stays in shape, despite the many tempting dishes that pass through his kitchens every day.

Tilford shares his ‘guilty pleasure’ foods, and five basic tactics he uses to fit exercise and healthy eating into his busy lifestyle.

Tilford also operates Barrister’s, Tortillaria Mexican Kitchen and Milagro Modern Mexican with his brother, Adam. Last week the brothers signed a lease to move Barrister's to a new space in Clayton at 7923 Forsyth, St. Louis Magazine reports.
