Bicyclist's Death in University City Prompts Charges

Emily C. Hagan is facing a count of first-degree involuntary manslaughter in connection with a crash that killed Samuel Scott, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported.

A woman has been charged in connection with the accident that killed bicyclist Samuel Scott on the Delmar Loop in earlier this year, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported Friday.

Quoting from the Post-Dispatch article:

"(Emily C.) Hagan, 30, of the 400 block of North Clay Avenue, was charged with first-degree involuntary manslaughter and a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated."
