Food Network Show To Feature Vernon's BBQ In University City

Rashad Jones, owner of Big Lee’s Barbecue in Ocala, Fla., will visit Vernon's BBQ and Catering in University City in an upcoming episode of his new Food Network show, "Eat Sleep BBQ." Jones recently won "Guy’s Big Project,” a Food Network show featuring celebrity chef Guy Fieri where contestants competed for a chance at their own show on the network.

Vernon's invited fans on Facebook to watch and cheer the restaurant on. The show is set to air Dec. 23 at 8 p.m. CST and Dec. 24 at 11 a.m. CST.
