The fifth-annual Mannequins in the Loop project is back.
The initiative aims to showcase the talent of local artists, promote Delmar-area business businesses and raise sustainability awareness. Each mannequin is outfitted with clothing crafted using only recyclable materials and represents an individual Loop-area business.
