Zerfu Habte: βWe will be very busy, but perhaps, not as much as in the past when it fell on a Friday or another week day. Either way, we will be ready.β
How will you handle all of the parking that day?

βWe will fill up the whole parking lot. And weβve made arrangements to share parking with CVS Pharmacy (next door) and Office Max (on the south side of Olive Street. We are asking all of our employees to carpool to free up spots.β
Will there be a special price on items that day?
βWe have the same menu with special prices on Margaritas and draft beer and some discounts on appetizers. Weβll have some some sombreros and tee shirts for sale that day.β
How about entertainment?
βWe will have a D.J. from 4 oβclock until we close (around 11 p.m.). If people are having a good time, we may stay open even a little longer.β
What are the favorite food selections?
βPeople like the Quesadillas, the Flatas; Fajitas, steak and chicken of course. They like lots of pick up items. Burritos are our number one seller.β
How has it worked out moving your entrance to the back parking lot?
βReally good. When MoDOT did their project (rebuilding the bridge and the roadway) we moved the door from the street front to the back. This has been easier for everyone."
